Ditch the takeaway and whip up this Chinese-inspired flash-fried chicken stir fry

Thinly sliced chicken / vegetarian alternative

Sliced tender stem broccoli, baby corn and red onion

Bean Sprouts

1 packet of rice




How to cook:


Place all sliced chicken into a bowl and marinade to your tasting preference with Wok Oil and Cluck-It

Chuck it in a wok / frying pan and fry off

Once chicken has started to colour add all veg to the pan and stir fry at a high heat until cooked to your preference

Once happy add the bag of rice and start to fry off

Finish with the Asian glaze to your taste and cook for a further 2 minutes
